We are ultra proud of our fabulous 2nd grade teacher, Ms. Trapnell 
who was nominated by her peers to receive this year’s WAVE Award. The Venice Chamber of Commerce hosts the WAVE Awards annually to recognize outstanding educators at our local schools. The award recognizes educators who motivate and inspire students beyond their regular curriculum, who engage students and foster life-long learning. This fits Ms. Trapnell to a T. She has an enormous passion for teaching children, leading our science mania team, trying innovative approaches to learning in the classroom. Way to go Ms. Trapnell!
